On August 5, 2023 OCIA members, Carol White, Jenette McKinney, and Danny McKinney donated nine volunteer hours to the Hope Back to School bash which was held at First Oviedo Church. This event served 360 families with school supplies and a meal. The event was attended by Mayor Megan Sladek, Florida State Rep. David Smith, Seminole County School Board Superintendent Sereta Beamon, representatives from Orlando Heath, Seminole County Sheriff Department, therphy dogs, and many other from Seminole County.
